We were under a time crunch to have the cameras and intrusion detection installed. J&j far surpassed our needed time getting it done early. The install techs were professional, friendly and efficient. The systems work great. They worked with us with regard to our budget

I have been a long term customer since the early 2000s, paying on a yearly basis. When it came time to switch from their antiquated service only a few months into my recurrent year, they refused to issue a refund for the remaining period.
To charge for services not rendered, especially after being a customer for so long is a very poor business practice. I would not recommend becoming a customer, but if you do, be aware that once they get their hands on your money, it is gone.
In response, I spoke with the owner George twice. That is your policy.

They gave a quote and install on the same day. They were very professional on the phone and while doing the install. I would recommend J&J Security to anyone looking for a security system.

We are so glad that we reached out to J&J Security for our home security needs. J&J offers the most incredible products and services we have ever seen in terms of home security. We weren't exactly sure what types of products we wanted in our home, but Todd came out and gave us a good overview of what could be added to our home and what services J&J could offer. Great company and great service. I researched a few different security companies for my needs and decided to have J&J give me a quote. I am glad I did. The company is professional and cares about your needs. If you are looking for a company to do your home security, go with them. They are professionals that care about their clients and the equipment is top notch. I will look to them for future security needs and if anyone is looking for a personal referral.
