Best gas price in the area near Turnpike. Safe area. Inside single stall bathrooms, bit aged. Great Attendant. Car wash. Grounds so-so, indirect access.

I had an ordeal at this station with the car wash which wasn't operating properly. First, the lighted instruction panel showing you to put car in park, move forward, etc. was taped over and covered up. So I had my car incorrectly in neutral instead of park. After the washing part was finished there was a barrier in place preventing driving forward to the air dry, or driving backwards. I was stuck and tried to call the attendant on phone, but the phone number listed on google maps was not a working number. I finally had to back out over this barrier bump to get back to the cashier, not sure if I was going to damage my car by doing so. The attendant (dark skinned guy with long dredlocks) was rude implying that it was totally my fault, and impatient, saying I was keeping him waiting while I was trying to tell the other attendant about the phone number problem. We went back to try it again and after he restarted the wash for me he shrugged his shoulders as if to say "what's the big problem?". After the wash the same thing happened with the barrier bump not allowing me to pull up to the drying section. The guy disappeared after he restarted it, so again I was stuck there. Not helpful. He was generally aggravating throughout the entire experience. Very difficult to talk to and taking the position that this was all due to my error. I've been to this car wash many times and know what's up and if something is not working right. Very bad experience, mainly because of attendant's attitude and disposition. I live close by and do not like having this kind of bad vibe experience in my hood. And please correct your listed phone number!
