My wife and I have collectively been involved in over thirty real estate transactions in our lives. We have never experienced more  totally unnecessary complications at every turn than we have at the hands of Willis Allen realtor Sean Caddell. He made what might have been a very joyous and easy cash transaction a complete nightmare! Despite his unbelievably unprofessional maneuvering we managed to purchase our new home and are most happy here.

We recently purchased a home and were fortunate to have Ron and Gloria Gelet as our real estate agents. From the moment we met them we knew we were in great hands. They are intuitive, knowledgable, caring, patient, thoughtful, and we felt they truly had our backs every step of the way. Words cannot stress how wonderful Ron and Gloria are and we would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home. They are top notch and simply the BEST!!

This is way overdue, but back in 2007, my then fiance and I attended an open house on a Saturday afternoon near our apartment.  We had no intention of buying the house, rather my fiance (as a designer) wanted to see how this big/beautiful Del Mar house looked inside.  During our visit, we met the  realtor, Cati Nail from Willis Allen.  She was very personable and new right away that we had no intention of buying the house, but she treated us like a client despite that fact.  We told her we were engaged to be married, and maybe in a year, we would start our first "home search".  Well, a year later, Cati called us up.  The call was not at all pushy or hard sell, rather just letting us know she would be there for us for any home search quests in our future.  Well, we went with her and embarked on our house hunting journey.  A journey it was, in that we searched what seemed like the entire San Diego area for that ideal first home that was in our budget.  Cati spent many Saturday and some Sunday Afternoons with just us, driving us all around town and looking at possible listings.  We FINALLY found a house we loved, but found it was a short sale, which Cati did not like to deal with.  However, she saw how much both my wife and I loved this house, and went to work, and work she did.  The short-sale process was exhausting, but Cati worked hard for us and was always in contact with the banks, the sellers, and most importantly us.  It seemed like Cati was our personal assistant, in that she was always available by phone, and even if I did have to leave a voicemail, she called back within the hour.  FINALLY, after following Cati's advice and education on the homebuying process, we had our offer accepted by the bank!  Cati then put in extra effort and was there to walk us through the escrow, inspection, and loan document process.  She even went along with us when we signed with the notary!  More experienced home buyers may say this is what all realtors do, but I think Cati was probably used to working with clients who were looking for big houses with big budgets, and with us being first-time homebuyers, we were probably not going to make her much money.  However, Cati treated us like family, and we feel she went way out of her way to help us.  She still contacts us on birthdays and anniversary's!  I would love to recommend her to anyone looking for a solid and dependable and most importantly professional realtor.  Five years later, we still love our house, and hope to put a swimming pool in soon!  It is a great neighborhood four our Daughter, our Dog, and us!

I have purchased and sold a number of homes with the help of Gloria and Ron Gelet and they have gone over and above every time.  Not only were they extremely responsive but they always seemed to know just what I was looking for and were willing to go the extra mile to find me the perfect property.  I cannot stress enough how fantastic these agents are and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a kind, intuitive, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent.
