Cathy Meehan was wonderful to work with! As a customer (living in North Carolina) but buying an investment home with my sister in Florida things could get overwhelming and complex at times but Cathy was on top of it all! She worked with us and answered our endless questions with ease! Dealing with one client can be tough at times Im sure but when you have two in different states who both have multiple questions and throw my mom into the mix who is also a realtor here in North Carolina - Cathy had her hands full! But she handled it all with such care and grace! Thank you Cathy for helping us find the perfect home!

We just closed on a house purchase in Parkland Fla which our broker (Francoise Laine) located for us. We are thrilled to own this house and she did an outstanding job throughout the process from assessing the quality of the house to writing the contract to negotiating different issues with the sellers to closing the purchase. We cannot recommend her more highly for her professionalism and knowledge of the South East Florida real estate market. She was a pleasure to work with!

I wanted to update my review of Stephen Sweet, realtor at Campbell & Rosemary in Deerfield Beach. Since he worked miracles selling my two condos and getting me into my new home a year ago, I have recommended Mr. Sweet to friends wishing to sell and/or buy a property. Trust me, he did not disappoint in any of these transactions, and my friends now highly recommend him as well. If you want a sincere, hard-working realtor, do not hesitate to contact Stephen Sweet at Campbell & Rosemary! You will be glad you did!
In the course of a mere two months, my realtor, Stephen Sweet, somehow miraculously sold two of my condos (which had been on the market previously for over a year with a different agency)....AND....found me my dream home on the ocean. Yes, my head is spinning; however, Mr. Sweet has done everything possible to keep me grounded. Professional, knowledgeable, yet caring and concerned at the same time. I have obviously interacted with office staff over this timeframe, and the whole gang is wonderfully friendly and helpful in every way. Kudos to this Deerfield Beach real estate company!
