CAVEAT EMPTOR! DANGER DO NOT ENTER! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! This company lied and dragged out my hurricane claim for catastrophic damages to our home 7 months, waiting for them to finish processing the claim with our house full of mold and the roof collapsed --yet they still denied us compensation. The only way you can get your coverages honored is to take them to court and force them to do what the policy says. Don't put yourself through the hell this company did to my family and property. They should rename the company PEOPLE'S MISTRUST or PEOPLE'S DISTRUST OR PEOPLE DON'T TRUSTI really give them a zero star!

This company just wrote us a policy which I canceled our other provider. They send out an inspector after the fact and then send us a cancellation for 15 days causing me to not save money, but renew my last policy and pay them for 15 days. Reason for cancelation corroded copper line under sink. What a joke. Nice scheme to make a little money for a few days. STAY FAR AWAY. Simple fix inspect houses prior to writing policies if you have ridiculous standards.

A terrible experience with these people. After a car accident you hope that your insurance will help you cope with this situation in the best way, because they did the opposite. First they told me that they did not cover medical expenses when my policy contemplated it, then they made me sign the letter of no responsibility for medical expenses to repair my car (when they should only have told me to do it directly with the other person's insurance which was the culprit) and finally they told me that I was making deliveries to raise my policy. Definitely scary to have run into these people. I'm giving them 1 star that they don't deserve.
