I have an 2009 lancer gts , in which I had service done at another Mitsubishi dealer in Normal , Ill , last January of 2017 . With a $50 coupon , my transmission service was right at $136 dollars ( rounded off ) . Same exact work done at Bob Brady In Decatur, Ill , same car $209 . How ? Nothing different at all in service at this point , ( I havenâ€™t driven car as of yet. Hopefully nothing ) They said , â€œ They would price match that price , NEXT TIME. I drove over an hour away from my home to Bloomington/Normal , paid less , then driving 40 minutes away and paying $70+ more . Apparently this business doesnâ€™t need my business, whatsoever , ever again . I had no choice on the star . Iâ€™ll give that to the mechanic , if the job was done right . I asked for the service manger , but of course, he so happened to be in a so called meeting at 4 pm on a Friday. Sure thing .
