Tyler has been awesome to deal with. I know I'm not his biggest customer. But he sure makes me feel like I'm not only his biggest customer, but definitely a valued customer as well. Hunter, my route driver, is professional, quick, and doesn't need to be babysat. Even though Hunter is an awesome route driver, Tyler still comes through periodically and checks up on our service and checks in with the front office to see how we are or if we need anything. To top it off, there has never been any pressure to "upgrade". Of course we are informed of what is new or reminders of services that are offered. But there's never pressure. We just bought some jackets last week that UniFirst offered recently. I'm not sure if they were on sale, but they were priced great, even with our company logo embroidered!

I switched my company over to UniFirst a little over a year ago from a competitor. Of course, there were "growing pains". But I contribute them to poor communication on my company's behalf, not expressing our expectations and desires. But UniFirst, on their own, put in the effort to learn what we wanted. And it has been the best decision that we could have made. Everyone is simply amazing. I do specifically want to call out Tyler, Cameron, Chris (route driver), and Hunter (route driver). Oh, and I can't leave out Arin. I'm not sure of her job title, but when I call the office, I get the pleasure of speaking with her. Each of them are always professional and always provide appropriate follow up. Everytime I've asked for something, they've always accommodated my ask(s). Billing has always been spot on, except for one occurrence. I messed something up and over-paid on a couple invoices. I didn't catch it, but they did! They brought it to my attention and immediately resolved the issue. I wish I would have explored UniFirst sooner. My company would have saved a considerable amount of money and have been serviced better.
