If this guy's lips move, he's lying. Agreements mean less than nothing to him. He cannot be trusted under any circumstances. He's either backed out or changed the details of the deal several times. STAY FAR AWAY.

He promised me a home. The agreement was they would fix it in a month for me. He sold it out from uder me. When i called he laughed at me and thought he was funny that he sold the house from me and my 2 kids. Very rude, very disrespectful. I would never tell anyone to go here. Even to use the restroom.

I will not recommend anyone to this place. The owner is very rude and wants to talk to you like trash. He will tell a bold face lie and his salesmen knows that he's lying and will not correct him.( I would have given them 0 stars if I could have).

I would highly recommend Randys mobile homes . Me and my family went to Clayton homes in Athens and they would only shows us 1 home even after we asked to see others then they told us they was going charge us $20,000 to tear down a small home we had on the property then called us told us they have ordered our closing papers then the next day they call me an tell me they overlooked a little number and we going have come up with $10,000 on closing day so told them thats not a little number an I dont have that kinda money laying around so me an my family thought the hopes of us getting a new home was over but we went to Randys mobile home and talked to Malcolm Humphrey and he was awesome he told us up front it was going be a long battle but said he would get us in a home we ended up getting the house tore down for under $1,200 and he was there every step of the way he went to bat for us and in my honest opinion he knock it out the park and bc of him last Thursday my family an I had our new 2021 Clayton 32x80 summit delivered and set up so without a shadow of a doubt I highly recommend Malcolm Humphrey at Randys mobile home theres nobody better in my opinion
