I cant thank Mr. Yarbrough enough for how much he has helped me. With his hard work and dedication he put into keeping my divorce fair and civil we were able to keep everything 50/50. He was always there if I had any questions or concerns, even if he was busy he would always call back. Was very reasonable with pricing and would work with you. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fair and just lawyer.

very personable. takes his job very seriously. We are working with Mr. Yarbrough to adopt our grandson. he doesn't hold back when he explains things. he tells you like it is and explains the possibility.
will be a while before everything is complete but he believes it will be a pretty smooth process.

Do not use him as your lawyer. He takes on more cases than he can properly handle and I learned that the hard way. Gave me very little legal advice on my custody case. Only called me to make sure I sent him his payment. He forgot my court date and we had to reschedule and then came the 2nd court date and tried to do a speed run on how to represent me in front of other people so we whispered minutes before the case just to get on the same page. He was saying genders wrong, names wrong, getting situations mixed up because hes greedy and sloppy as hell. The last court hearing I had Milton texted me that he was in court and that he didnt get a chance to print off screenshots to incriminate the defense and asked me to do so. I was at court with everyone else waiting on him once again. I lost my case and now I have to pay child support. This couldve all been avoided had he took his time to understand my case, use the information and screenshots I sent him. He raw dogged my representation. Was asking the defense questions that were very irrelevant to the case itself. Made me look like a joke and I paid him $3k on top of a $1200 rent and other bills. Money I really couldve saved and got a public defender. If you want custody or to win a settlement go to someone else. You may have to pay $5k instead of $3k but itll be worth it. Im now paying $400 a month in child supposed, get my son less and all Milton could say was I dropped the ball. I was blamed. He is very unprepared, hard to reach and cares about money. If I could do it all over again Id just get public defense. Im grateful to have my custody nonetheless but he definitely screwed me over. Greedy SOB.
