I have been to this store multiple times since they have moved. I will say a lot of the employees are helpful but one bad employee can ruin the store. Victoria was her name. She should be trained to do her job as Im sure it consists of customer service. She was only worried about trying to get my elderly family member out of her face instead of help her in need. She also gave out false information regarding a backup on a phone. She restored the phone without even backing it up because it would take too long. I appreciate employees like Monica who enjoy doing their job and are good at it. Will be cancelling T-Mobile. The customer service has gotten worse by the years.

Carla was AMAZING BEST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED since Ive been with T-Mobile she helped me with all my questions and concerns. Definitely thankful for her patience and help.
