Went to inquire about possibly getting representation for an appeals hearing. Susan who im assuming is not trained effectively enough to handle each person with empathy and respect regardless of circumstances. My livelihood depends heavily on the outcome of this situation. To get denied can definitely be traumatic, so to be spoken to as if im being a little too inquisitive or unreasonable for wanting to at least have a consultation with someone who is more likely to be receptive to each persons needs.
