I had full intention of using this product on my brand new vehicle. I bought a bottle of their ceramic spray. The checkout went well The problem was that when I received the package I did not notice that it was leaking and I put it on my leather seats. It ruined the seat in my brand new GMC AT4 truck. I was able to get a new seat for $2,500. What had happened is that somebody in the factory who shipped the spray did not bother to tighten down the cap and the bottle was just thrown into a box with some wadded up paper. It leaked out and saturated the bottom of the box. When I called the company up they asked me if I tried to remove it with some paper towels. I told them over and over again that the solution had soaked into my leather seats and I could not get it out. They gave me the I don't care attitude and took no responsibility at all. Since half of the solution had leaked out I did not trust that I would have a good mix to use on my vehicle. This company is a joke they have terrible customer service and a questionable product. I did not even receive any kind of I'm sorry or even a concern for the problem that they caused. Dealing with this company cost me $2,500 and who knows how their product might have damaged my vehicle if I tried to apply it. My advice is to stick with turtle wax. They make a great product and if you check the unbiased tests you will see that it is much better than this joke of a company.
