Although I have great neighbors the quality of the apartments are trash.I've had problems w/leaking plumbing in bathroom from October to December and they wouldn't adjust the bill. I have some medical issues which makes it difficult to get in and out of the apartment.Contacted property manager about a rail or ramp for support and was told I'd Have to pay $250. I purchased a ramp from amazon.So yesterday they added an additional 2-3more inches of concert at the entrance of my apartment. I have torn meniscus in both knees and I need a knee replacement so I have over a 6-in step up in order to get into my apartment without the ramp. Now that they have added the extra inches my ramp is so steep now I'm so afraid I'm so afraid I'm definitely afraid I'm deathly afraid of falling I'm so afraid of falling because when I was walking up the ramp yesterday when I got off work the ramp shifted

Worst place to live... mold all over my room n living, all they keep doing is wipe it with bleach n killie .. the mold comes back , I called ccorporate and they didnt do anything about it either. And crystal from the office,aashe so rude and nasty since Day one that I moved here.. everyone I have spoken too having the same problem and they moving as well. .. look into other places before moving here...

My Gram has lived here for just about 5 months. She has fallen 4 times on the steps & we can't get a handrail EVEN those are under the American's With disabilities act. Under reasonable accommodations.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Heed my advice. I lived there for a year. I have never had such a horrible experience at an apartment complex! I had roaches, roach droppings covering the kitchen ceiling. They only have one A/C unit in the living room. It is the size a hotel uses. The bedroom and other rooms always stayed at least 80 degrees. I had to buy 2 A/C fan units just to be livable. I always had problems and had 20-30 service requests. I have them all documented along with pictures and videos. My tub had a hole in it and was caving in to the rotten wood underneath. It took them 3 service requests and over 2 months to even start the repair.
The a/c unit constantly went out and leaked water into the carpet. It ruined my furniture and left the wood underneath the unit rotten , moldy and ruined . These apartments should be reduced in price. They charged me $1050 in rent plus any fee you could think of ($75 maintenance fee, $25 pet fee, $20 garbage fee and more). These apartments are barely worth half of the amount they charge! I am so glad to finally be out of there. I have included some pictures to show how awful it is. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE, for your own good!
