Staying as an owner at the SeaBreeze Bluegreen Resort in Daytona Beach Shores (South Atlantic Ave) when Sand Dollar employee named Terry arrived and decided he would clean the resort pool - WHILE my wife and I were still swimming laps. Instead of asking us how much longer we would be or waiting until we finished, Terry threw approx 50 ft of 4" pool sweeper hose in the pool and began sweeping the bottom of the pool from side to side with a long metal extension WHILE my wife and I were still swimming laps end to end. It became quite hazardous to continue so we stopped our workout. Terry is neither considerate nor safe in his cleaning service duties - and may actually get someone hurt. If children are in the pool when he does this they could easily become entangled in the hose - if that occurs in the deep end of the pool it could be tragic not to mention a huge liability. Am asking all of our Daytona/Ormond Bluegreen resorts (Casa Del Mar, Fantasy Island I & II, & Dolphin Beach) to not use Sand Dollar for any of our pool cleaning services. The gentleman that cleans my pool does an excellent job, always on time, and our pool is always beautiful.
