They tried to rip my mom off, and I caught them red-handed. They played it off as, "oh, we misunderstood blah blah" .
It's an obvious case where an elderly women walks in, they try and rip her off by charging her a few grand for something that isn't broken. Also the part can be found online for $21 and even my mother could have fixed it.
If you see responses from the "owner" here. The number listed just takes you to their general number. Nothing specific, and you don't know who to ask for.

We accidently went to Hanlees Toyota. Such a different experience at Hanlees Nissan. At Nissan we were welcomed, no waiting and they were very accommodating. At Hanless Toyota- rude, ignoring customers and treating you like you are a big inconvenience. I will always go to Hanlees Nissan, I will do everything in my power not to go to Hanlees Toyota

Basically theft, highway robbery. I requested they fix my left front turn signal. Two-and-half hours later I am presented with a bill for $146!! $11 for the bulb and $135 for labor! I DID NOT REQUEST anything else yet the work order said I requested a multi-point inspection. That is a lot of $$ for a bulb replacement on my 2013 Kia Soul. They are not an honest and upfront dealer. I have used these guys before, first they are OK, even acceptable, then the next time not so much. In the past, they have replaced parts that didnt need replacement.
