I gave them one star but really it should be negative 100 stars because they did a despicable job! They trashed the yard and took down two healthy, strong and beautiful trees that did not need to be taken down. It took them three days to finish the job and one of the days they left one of the trees half cut down and it was so unethical and disrespectful to the tree. Our yard is a disaster now and I can only imagine what the electrical bill will be like in summer when we no longer have the shade from those beautiful trees.
Terrible service, terrible ethics and overall they just want to chop trees down with no regard for the tree's health or wildlife.

A tree-mendous staff and crew. The recent winter storms wreaked havoc on many trees throughout the community. In a time of numerous storm related emergencies, Evergreen Arborists responded quickly and professionally to remove a suspended Cedar limb aimed at my home. I am so grateful for attention they provided to ease my concerns during such a hectic storm season. The limb was removed with precision and professionalism. I highly recommend their services. We have 2 largish trees and a few smaller ones in our yard. The large tree, a Modesto ash, suffers from beetle damage and is slowly dying. However, we love the shade from these trees. The game plan long term is to reduce the tree. Also, we have the PGE tree trimmers who butcher the north side of the trees and create lopsided and potentially dangerous off-weighted conditions.Mike Pryor, who I believe is the head guy at Evergreen, came out and did an estimate.  The estimate included work on the 2 big trees (reduction) and work on smaller trees.  A couple of weeks later, the crew of 4 showed up on time in the morning.  We discussed the work.  They got busy. At two different times during the day, the crew leader stopped work and pointed out particular limbs that were unsafe and rotting.  We appreciated this and agreed. We could see exactly what he was talking about.The crew worked hard,  finishing up late in the afternoon.  They did a good job of cleaning up.  The guys were polite to us and careful in their work.  I can't say enough good things about them.  Afterwards the trees looked great.  We feel much safer now as we approach the winter storms.  I would definitely recommend Evergreen Arborists to anyone.

They didn't do any work at my house, but called me about 5 months later saying I owe for tree trimming.  Very sloppy!
