Wow, I could not be happier with the service we received. The level of professionalism was outstanding. The level of care and cleanliness while working in our home was so reassuring! Everything was seamless from booking the appointment, through the installation. This company defines what exceptional service looks like! Our last AC lasted 12+ years in the hot florida heat thanks to aloha air! Heres to another 12 or more with our unit!

Every step of the way Aloha was above and beyond everyone else. From Jerry who came out to give the estimate to the office with Jared and the installers. We had several other companies come out and Aloha stood out because Jerry is knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he was saying. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the work from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend Aloha and plan to use them as our service provider.

If being polite was the main point of being an ac tech It would get 5 stars. Unfortunately their intelligence is what makes them good techs. I had called because there was a leak that seemed to be coming from my ac handler upstairs and they checked out and assured us that the a/c was the issue.. a few months and over $1000 later it turns out the bathroom sink was the issue.. this company is not trust worthy and definitely not knowledgeable on anything other than how to swindle your money.
