I can say with out a doubt this place is an awesome Real Estate agent. Recently Brandy Padden the daughter in law of the owner Sue, sold my mother's house in Haverhill. She marketed it just right on the websites which resulted in her getting an offer before it even had an open house. She had two offers in by the end of the day of the open house and ultimately the person who bought the house come by three more times over the weekend before he put in his offer well above the asking price. Sue Padden the owner is very knowledgeable of this business as she has been doing it for years. She has two offices in New Hampshire, but she has employees who are also licensed in Massachusetts. I strongly recommend you give them a call. Any of her many acents who I have met will be willing to work with you.
