      image No customer service. They don't appreciate loyalty and they don't disclose that you can add your rental under your florida sunpass account. I ended up being charged double and triple what I spent in tolls on their "service fee" even after they promised it would be waived. Do not use this location. The managers gets a bonus for every car they rent so go somewhere else where the manager will actually appreciate your business.
