I have lived at the Point at Still River for 2 1/2 years. The current maintenance supervisor Walter, and his team are outstanding. Walter not only remedied my appliance issue but he did so with speed, efficiency and compassion. I cant say enough about the staff on site at Still River. They truly make living here a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Maintenance staff at this location is far above average as is staff in the management/leasing office.
Maintenance staff member Walter is a standout. He is consistently going above and beyond for myself and my family and I hear talk that all the other residents have the same experience with this gentlemen.
Walter clearly takes pride in his work and I wanted to take the time to thank him and the other staff for their diligence and effort.

We are very pleased to live at 'the Point at still river'. It is a beautiful apartment building surrounded by trees, in a quiet place and with scenic walking paths. It is very enjoyable to wake up in the morning and see the 'still river'. Briyannia is an excellent employee, she helped us a lot, we are grateful to her..
