Pretty things to shop and purchase, but zero hospitality. I dont enjoy spending my money where I dont feel welcome. Is costumer service dead? It seems so.

I love this boutique! It has a little bit of all of my favorite things! The customer setvice is great and the location in Dana Point Harbor is so relaxing and enjoyable. I make it a point to visit whenever I'm in the harbor since they get new things in all the time.

We have a big problem with the blonde woman with dark eye liner working there. Not sure if she is the owner, she should know that she can't do business with her attitude. It was a rainy day and we walked in this shop to look around. We would have bought something if she wasn't staring at us with a weird look and asked us if we needed help in a passive aggressive way, like she thought we were just in to avoid the rain. So what? Smart people knows that's when you can bring business in. We walked out of the store and thought what kind of sales or worker is she?! I'm not happy with the way she is treating customers. If she is the owner, well too bad her business won't last long; if she is not, the owner - please hire someone nicer to work in your store.
