I came here on an emergency base. They were kind enough to squeeze me in. I continued to come in they told me I needed several crowns. I had a painful broken molar and they told me they needed a prior authorization and it would take 6-8 weeks. I called 4 weeks later to follow up because my tooth was hurting. Grace left me very rude voicemail saying they havent received it . A day Before the 8 week mark , I called because the tooth was making me have a lot of pain. Grace still insisted that insurance hadnt responded. I asked if they could do work prior to since it was an emergency case and she was really rude and said if I wanted that I had to pay full price out of my pocket because they were paying lab up front. I asked for my records and went back to my old dentist who gave me an appointment that same day. When he examined the tooth, it was infected , loose and needs a root canal. My dentist was amazed that they didnt start the work and didnt tell me that I needed to see a specialist. I wouldnt recommend anyone here, terrible service, and grace has a really bad and unhelpful attitude. They could have referred me to a specialist 8 weeks ago before the tooth got infected
