My sweet dog (Patty) had an abscess and Dr. Burdette saw him and treated him with very little wait. Dr. Burdette and her awesome veterinary technicians were super gentle, kind and knowledgeable. Best emergency veterinary clinic in the area. I am very impressed and also very happy with the care my doggie received. And better yetthree days after treatment Patty is all healed and doing great. She answered all my questions and did a very thorough exam. She clipped and cleaned the area and prescribed an antibiotic. Dr. Burdette is my favorite veterinarian for my pets emergencies. She has seen my dogs and cat many times over the years. She is always great and very nice. Thank you.

Very caring & awesome hospital! My dog was seen by Dr. Stewart & he thoroughly reviewed my dogs medical records. He also listened to all of my concerns regarding his bloody diarrhea! Even took time to review some of the pictures I had to show him. He spent an hour going over what his thoughts were and prescribed an antibiotic that worked instantly to stop his episodes. We were able to get my dog in for an endoscopy in just a few days! So thankful for the front desk staff for the ease of scheduling this appt & the overall care they have. Love Dr. Stewart for his professionalism & care! A big shout out to Susie who is beyond excellent! This is our 2nd time here (a yr ago) & the experience was still wonderful. Thank you everyone!!

People who have to come here with their pets are in distress, like me, but the staff was kind and gentle with my Rosie and me. My only complaints are 1) that Dr. Sanchez was the only vet on duty and two greater emergencies came in while we were waiting, so we waited a long time before we got in to see her, and 2) the amounts of medicine didn't match the instructions we were given. For instance, with one the instructions were to give Rosie a whole pill for 5 days, 1/2 pill for 10 days, and then 1/2 pill every other day until they ran out. But I was only given enough pills for the first two stages. I'll call them to double check but I'm guessing the second instruction should have been for 1/2 pill for 5 days rather than 10.

Very courteous and professional emergency clinic team. Took time to talk through possible symptoms, history, causes, and recommended treatments for a very scary eye bleed on Thanksgiving Eve, when my 2 other places were closed. 4 paws of approval from my pup and 2 thumbs up from me.
