My father died and I was told that I should receive a package in the mail to start the benefit claim process. 1 month later, no package, cannot get anyone on the phone when on hold for over 2 hours, and no one ever calls you back. I am ready to file a claim against the company with the insurance board.

One agent Chet needs immediate retraining!! I am 69 had 20 yrs Life Insurance policy received annual report in May in insurance words assuming no further premiums are paid you policy will remain in force till July let I received a bill for grace period Over $800 for two months end of June my annual report said nothing about going in grace period and stated they run a free illustration.I called for the illustration number not in service so Chet stated when you are in grace period illustrations cannot be run!!! I wanted to changed my policy value to make other adjustments and to continue with Lincoln but at this point no other number to contact only by mail!! To whom it may concern is this a scam you run seniors!!!
