Dr. Benton's office tends to schedule appointments as "holds" rather than actual appointments. As in, they'll schedule something and say, "We'll see if we need to cancel this one. Hang tight!"
I've had my appointments canceled twice now after scheduling them months in advance with no offer to reschedule. Just a note that says "we'll keep you on our waiting list!" which means... I have to wait an undetermined amount of time to get routine care which, as routine implies, happens on a certain cadence?
Anyway, the service and care are good, but the headache of they manage their schedules is not worth it.

Dr Benton and her staff are gentle, efficient and thorough. They always give me information about procedures-- before, during and after they do them-- and answer all my questions. I like that. And there is a parking lot!

Dr. Benton was very thorough in her examination. The office staff & the office had a very friendly feel. The diffusers were a nice touch to help everyone to relax. She spends the time to talk with you and to explain things clearly. A great experience!
