These guys are clowns. Find a reputable agent and save yourself the headache. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. They do not want to help you sell or buy a house. They want to take your cash in the shadiest way possible.
Expect the worst wheeling and dealing used car salesman behavior out of these guys. They don't answer their office phones, still use faxes, and don't have cells phones. They'll call you sweetie and sugar, and complain about all the paperwork that they'll have to do for one of the largest purchases of your life.
My realtor worked tirelessly with these unprofessional sleazeballs to submit an offer 12% over asking for a rundown property in Daly City, all while pressuring us to sign off on a no-contingency offer with no inspections. Thankfully, my realtor refused, but worked out a 24h window for us to do the inspections, with a verbal commitment, complete with an, "I go to church" reassurance that we would be in contract the next day.
$1200 later for the inspection, and they gave the house to a realtor working in their office for $1000 over our bid without contacting us again. The joke's on them - we would have gone subtantial amounts higher. These guys do not represent the best interest of their sellers, and I blanch at the thought of them representing a buyer.
