Dr Poolers team sent me reminders in the mail about upcoming appointments but, when she retired they stopped sending reminders in the mail

I had my 1st experience with Belva Dentist this past Saturday. I haven't visited a dentist for well over a decade due to severe anxiety and fear of judgement as I suffer from crippling bipolar depression and oral hygiene is difficult because of it. I called to make an appointment and I expressed my fears and shame about my teeth. Dr. Saba answered the phone and was so incredibly kind and reassuring and scheduled the appointment with herself. When I arrived for my appointment she and the staff greeted me with kindness. My appointment with Dr Saba was better than expected she gave me the space to cry and let my feelings out. I was scared off so long ago because I had a dentist in the past that was incredibly judging and the appointment was horrible. I am so thankful for Belva Dentist and for Dr Saba and her dental assistant. I was treated with such kindness and they took the time to talk to me and reassure me that everything is going to be ok. I have an appointment coming up for a cleaning and I'm still quite nervous but I know that I will be in good hands. If you are anything like me, please know that you will be in safe hands and treated with kindness, respect and won't be judged for something that you can't control, like depression.

Dr Saba, & and all her staff; Sally, hygienist, dental assistants, all who work on me, are very professional and caring people easy going friendly, attentive to your needs making sure you are comfortable, that is what i appreciate from them.

Such a nice and lovely place! Very love able people, were such welcoming and helpful. This place was recommend to me by a close friend and he did not disappoint! Finally all i can say is that they will go above and beyond!
