Horrible customer service! 7 ppl in line one cashier at the time. There was one young lady who was checking ppl out...she stopped and is just walking around as if she doesn't she ALL the people standing in line.

The store managers are ridiculous and rude but their actual team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!Clerical errors are understood for me but bad attitudes and having the customer feel the store mistakes are theirs is unacceptable and thats how both store managers made me feel when I went twice!
However, I must give credit where its due. I appreciate the team that assisted me yesterday 12/29/2023 it was a young man with an Afro and a young lady I wish I wouldve had their names but I was so overwhelmed with my unavailable pick up order that was ready I couldnt focus! But as stated before I appreciate the young man that bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of! I felt that shouldve been the store managers role but instead the young man didnt talk bad about him he just filled in and did all he could do. And the young lady on the register she showed much empathy towards my situation and did all she could do too. So thanks again you all
