Service was terrible and with a lack of help from staff. Only one person was available to help get shoes in a busy store. I asked to try on the shoe and stood there waiting for a while and had to ask again. Workers at the register are unfriendly and have an attitude.

awful service, didnt even end up purchasing shoes because i was in there waiting for so long. employees are rude and the store smells like marijuana.

Very bad service, I asked two different people to bring me the shoes and in the end no one attended to me and I left, very bad service and those who work are lazy

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location has the worst customer service ever. To give context, they would not let me exchange my son's shoes for a bigger size because it was "too worn." I bought this about a week ago, which was my first time visiting the store and I enjoyed it and would come back to get shoes in the future. I had my 4-year old son try the shoes on because he was not with me when I bought them! So, sure it has been "worn." But a crease and supposedly "too dirty" of bottoms. I admit that there are slight creases on the shoe, but my goodness...it was from when my son tried on the shoe!! And the bottoms were not dirty! I tried to ask the manager if there was anything that they can do as it had only been a week and that yes he wore it to try on the shoe. She said that she doesn't deny that, but that there was no way they could resell the shoe so they could not exchange it. I am so upset and would never ever support this store or brand ever again.
I posted pictures so that you all can make a decision for yourselves whether these shoes are truly "too worn" to exchange.
