Apparently all the bankers go on lunch at 11 AT THE SAME TIME, and whoever is left there won't tell you anything unless you go ask after waiting for 30 minutes...

I dont know whats happening to this location. Every time I go by the drive-through does not have anybody added is it just that people dont wanna work or they cant find anybody Im confused. But they definitely need to post it on Google that the drive-through is never open

I have done business banking 26 years. The customer service keeps getting worse. None of the banks have any drive through banking, not even for commercial accounts. If you need simple change go inside and get in line and hurry before they close.

Very bad, your work staff could not deposit a check to my business account, a woman named Maria assisted me and said that my client's check could not be deposited and she did not want to give me a reason, she returned the check to me and told me that I went to my client so they could make me another one, my client was 40 minutes from the bank, so I went to another Wells Fargo bank and they deposited it for me without any problem
