If I could give this store 0 stars I would If you visit this store make sure the product hair etc you buy is right I visited this store on Friday at 8:50 I normally dont shop here because I live in Forney but because I was in the area I stopped here at 8:50p I bought hair but didnt get the right hair came back on Sunday 4/7/24 to exchange the hair for the right hair and was told if the hair was on sale you cant exchange it because it was a final sale so I went and talk to a manager and asked her why didnt they tell me that before I spent my money you dont have signs up that says that she stated that they expect everybody that walks in the door to know that I told her well that should be expected from your regular customers cause everybody that walks in your door is not a regular customer the store I shop at is in Mesquite and they allow you to exchange your product sale r not as long as its still in the same condition when you bought it but heres my thing the hair I needed was more expensive then the hair I paid for plus extra things I picked up that I was going to need to get my hair done so not to sound racist but this is y I dont shop at black owned businesses r the ones that r managed by a lot of black women had I went to another business especially if Im spending more money they would have allowed me to exchange my hair to make sure Im happy thats how you keep your customers coming back but these women here have bad attitudes bad customers service and whats the point of being a manager if the cashier can still tell you that they not going to exchange it and you dont plan on satisfying the customer not to mention she would rather loose 20+ dollars for $15 make it make sense to me but no worries I will not becoming back to this store nor will I be recommending this store to anybody

Im a professional hair stylist and I use to love Jennys! Its like a depot for all things beauty! I frequent Armstrong McCall way more often for products but for weaving supplies Jennys has always been my go to! Today they sucked! The shelves were bare! There was no binding glue in the entire 20,000 sqft place! I thought for sure Id luck up at the counter but the cashier was rude and said if you didnt see it on the shelves we dont have it! As of glue hasnt been a staple product kept at the register for 15yrs! Then she asked my cousin for her id when purchasing hair but she didnt ask me for mine! The longer the store is open the more ghetto and unprofessional the cashiers become! Its insane how you have to go outside of oak cliff to get good customer service! If you want to be mistreated, left to find things yourself in the middle of a mall of a beauty supply and spoken to in a condescending tone shop at Jennys on Gannon!
