Such a worst rental place it is, they are very very arrogant, i would never ever reccomand you to go to this store, if you dont have any available cars in dallas, go to irving or other place for car but not this store, even when i called avis and they said something these guy here said I dont care about avis, im the owner here. They dont even care about peoples time.

Received a $200 misc fee. When I called the location, they told me the distribution center assessed the fee and that I would need to call them. After calling the distribution center they told me that the specific location charges that fee and that it was for cleaning. I know for a fact it was not dirty since it was as a company vehicle. When I contacted the location back, they told me that they do not assess the fee either DFW center does or the distribution center. Either way no one could provide any proof that the vehicle was excessively dirty enough to warrant a $200 fee. Not happy with this level of service especially since I just paid $2300 for this rental. I will be letting my leadership team know that we should look into other rental services.
