ABSOLUTELY THE WORST 7-ELEVEN IN THE UNITED STATES WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THE SHORT BALD, EYEGLASS WEARING,
SRI LANKAN MIDDLE AGED MAN LACKS RESPECT AND PERSONALITY!!!!
I CANT BELIEVE HE IS ALLOWED TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC.
LOL!!!!
AND IF HE IS THE OWNER????
THEN HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO TAKE A CLASS ON LEARNING MANNERS, AND HOW TO BE NICE TO PEOPLE!!!!
SHAME ON HIM.
DALLAS HAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND PEOPLE IN GENERAL.
I DONT KNOW WHO THIS MAN THINKS HE IS.
HE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
I HOPE THIS POST REACHES THE OWNER, AND THAT HE CAN RE-TRAIN THIS VERY RUDE AND PREDJUDICED MAN!!!!
THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS LOCATION ARE THE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY ETHIOPIAN'S THAT WORK THE DAY SHIFT.
SOLOMAN IS AMAZING.
GOD BLESS HIM.
AVOID COMING HERE DURING THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT WHEN THE SRI LANKAN MAN IS HERE.
(HE MENTIONED THAT HE WAS SRI LANKAN WHEN I TRIED TO ENGAGE HIM IN A FRIENDLY CONVERSATION WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY WEIRD EXPERIENCE)

I WOULD RATHER WALK ANOTHER 20 MINUTES TO A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENT. BECAUSE THIS MANS ENERGY IS SO NEGATIVE AND NASTY THAT I FEAR IT COULD MANIFEST INTO A VERY BAD SITUATION!!!!

The gentleman that works the morning lacks customer skills. No greeting, no acknowledgment when entering. If he's doing other duties in the store and you're waiting in line for over 3 -4 minutes, you literally have to ask him to come ring you up. He usually will ring up the wrong price. Getting cash back, he will sit your money on the counter, will not give you the courtesy, and hand your money to you. It's not my first choice for service. Unfortunately, the only place open in the early morning.

Just stop by to get a cup of fresh coffee the Franke Coffee Machine is was out of coffee their was two associate. I politely ask if you guys can refill the coffee machine they refuse to do that said we have other coffee if you want I thought it was very bad customer service .

I usually stop by this store at a day time and I never had issues. I stopped late at night and met this nasty man, I dont know why he was rude to me out of the blue, I think he must have been mentally unstable because why would you be rude to a customer out of the blue. I was so baffled by his rudeness. Its sad, I have to go back with out buying anything. Please remove this embarrassing human being from the front desk.
