This company would receive zero stars if that were an option.
I used this company for several years for PM and repairs on 6 lift trucks and we even purchased a medium sized propane truck from them while I was the Operation Manager for a Roofing Supply Company. We received good service at a fair price.
Boy how things change. For the last eight years I have been the OPs Manager for a non-profit and we were recently charged $1008.00 for a PM on an electric lift and replacement of a $14.00 part on a pallet jack.
I made an appointment for a Tuesday service but the technician arrived on the Thursday prior. When he returned on the correct day he said he could not reach anyone, even though there was someone on site. The contact information he was using was completely wrong and the phone number was one that I did not recognize. We have had the same phone numbers for over 30 years.
We were charged $420.00 labor for the PM on the first trip and the technician returned a second time to install a breather cap on the pallet jack. The invoiced labor on the second visit was $588.00.
I called Sunbelt three times before anyone responded. When the technician did return my call he said the invoices looked fair to him. I disagree and we will not use them again.

We have used in the past for PMs on 2 forklifts. In 2021 the prices were 143.57 & 138.31. They went up over 700.00 in 2023. They did not tell us they went up on the prices or send out any notification. I had even contacted them prior to work inquiring about a PM agreement, and I was told by Ryan we did not need one. Will not be using them again for any work - do NOT recommend.
