Spend your money locally, this company is a joke. From the dipsticks at the bottom to the dipsticks in "management." Huge waste of your valuable time to even consider this company. Would give them zero stars if possible. Sold me on getting my Google ranking higher and here I am 2 years later and I am lower on the Google totem pole.

Again use a company that takes care of your needs
I canceled my account and today received a late notice from them
even through they say I am done canceled.

Do not Use Thryv or any company they as associated with. Very dissatisfied with the care they are all about increasing your fee. I tried to cancel my account in December and as of today still receiving a bill. Steven Dorner my so called manger has no follow through and did nothing
as of today his phone still says he in on vacation will be back 1/2/2024.

Absolutely awful company. I have been a customer for over 20 years and finally decided that the advertising was not working. After three phone calls and assurances that my account was closed I continue to get invoices...finally after the third phone call I got a confirmation email that the account was closed...and still I receive bills. The customer services is set up to scam to not be able to drop the service. Avoid these people.
