He answered questions professionally and knowledgeably and the following day created a walk-around video for me. From there, the process of signing docs was quick and easy. Finally, I needed this vehicle shipped from Dallas to Florida. He arranged with Fisher Transport at a very reasonable price. The vehicle was delivered three days after we closed on the purchase. A smooth process in every way. No wonder their numerous dealership awards. I would use DLR again in a heartbeat.

Well it started off good then when I got there to looked at car I had called about & messaged about online I was told it had 2 deposits on it and financing in process for 1st person. And they said if anybody backed out or couldn't get financed they would call me so I gave it a couple of days I called and person that got approved for financing didn't show up then said he would that day. Of course he didn't show up for 4days in roll and I told my sales guy KERRON & the manger LUKE look he must not want the car that bad I want the car and I don't need financing. So 2 more days contact back & forth and I was extremely aggravated by this point finally on Saturday KERRON called me said look I know u want this car and it's yours I have keys in my desk nobody will test drive it or anything tell me when u can come by. I said I am 15minutes away I will be there in few he said ok I will have it ready for u to drive so your husband can see how it feels and all. So we get there lady at desk already knew exactly who I was there far when I walked in I never had to say a word.lol. Now thats good customer service. Anyways we drove it, I loved it and we did the deal and I got my Range Rover I have always wanted. Awesome customer service and I see why KERRON is top sales he keeps his word and is honest. He doesn't hide nothing or try make u buy all these warrenties and stuff he actually told us to go with car shield for all that and doesn't add a lot of fees u have 2fees that is doc fee witch is state regulations and their prep fee for the detail & all that. Will but here again. Thanks guys.
