David and his team have been the most professional group of real estate professionals I have ever worked with. I cannot speak more highly of Dave Triebel and his company as a Property Manager. He is a highly experienced Property Manager that will manage your property as his own or better. He was already great and he proved himself when my property flooded due to a broken pipe as a result of the freeze on Christmas Eve 2022. He drove that night to shut the main valve off and visited my property to ensure that no further damage occurred, communicated with other units next to mine, sent me pictures, hired a contractor and is now getting my unit now ready to be rented out. I highly recommend him.

I am very disappointed with this company as David Triebel (realtor) had worked very hard to displace my family. I have a signed lease for the property at 3320 LakeShore Dr, Anna, TX. Where I asked David and the home owner for a move-in date of April 15th because I had to be out of the country for work and would be returning to the states on the 14th. During this time I did my due diligence to keep communication with his office between both David & Paulina from his office. On the 13th an email was sent requesting the security deposit. Due to security reasons I was unable to process the payment online with bank restrictions protecting my account while Im out of country. I immediately contacted both David & Paulina to advise them. I was told by Paulina after checking with David & the homeowner that is was ok being I was scheduled to arrive back into Dallas on the 14th. She instructed me to bring a certified bank check for the security deposit as well as the first month rent directly to the property where David will meet me there. I was excited so the time of the day didnt bother me at all. Shortly after I received a text from Paulina stating it would probably be best to meet David on the 15th (move-in date) at the property with all payments & fees hand & hell give the keys because it would be too late to meet him on the 14th. Now its Saturday the 15th the movers have packed the house, Im waiting to hear from David for a convenient time for him keeping into consideration hes probably busy with clients & will coordinate at some point which I was totally fine with. Suddenly I receive an email at 1:00 pm on Saturday from David stating theyve cancelled the signed lease due to non-payment. Then referred me to the original date of 4/13 so Im completely confused & responded to David stating its definitely some miscommunication happening however Im ready & available to meet anytime infact I e been waiting to hear from him. He became very confrontational (unexpected) with no empathy at all as a realtor. I was so confused & disappointed I then tried to regroup & asked if he could explain to the owner where the miscommunication came from his office and myself & apologized because he claimed that he was aware of some of the communication that Paulina had instructed. I actually referred him to listen to their recoded calls that will prove Ive done everything Ive been instructed to do from his office. He then said hell contact the owner & see what their decision is & follow up with me. At this point Im fully packed into the moving truck, my kids are waiting & I havent heard back from David for some time. So I called him to follow up where he told me the owner has decided to terminate our signed lease. BIG MISTAKE. As Im typing this my family is officially homeless.sleeping at a hotel (1x in my life) & ALL of our furniture with personal belongings are in a storage facility. I cant wait to contact the News media and tell them about this injustice. This company (KeyRenter) should not have people like David working in this field & representing themhe was very insensitive when i expressed how hurtful this is & disappointing! Infact he was unbothered when I told him I will contact an attorney because this immediately impacted my family. This is definitely a nightmare & act of cruelty.
