Don't believe the 15 different statements all over the Web site about no hard inquiries on your credit. I applied for a buy here pay here program claiming no credit check, now there it is on my credit. I went elsewhere, I would recommend you do the same since they can't even live up to the first advertised promise.

Bought a 2011 Buick Lacrosse never missed a payment nor was I late. The car lot sold my account to another finance company. Paid car off and then after 6 months my car just stopped starting. Lights and everything comes on. Have the car diagnosed and was told that there was an after market product (gps/cut off switch) on my car and blowing the fuse to crank my car. Call the car lot and they tell me if they tow it and remove the part and the car does not start I have to pay for the tow. Which is ridiculous because its your part that has my car unable to start. They call me back and tell me my computer is fried after removing their product which should have been removed when car was paid off. I tell them to replace it and they tell me that they was not sure if that was the problem. So my question is how do you know my computer is fried, if you havent done a diagnostic test? So I tell them I want to get my car towed elsewhere. They told me that they would not tell me where my car was. Now I did mention my car is paid off, I have my title! I pay the tow fee so I can get my car but they still hesitant to give me address to where my property is. This car lot is very unprofessional and they are a bunch of thieves! Holding my car and I dont know where it is is GRAND THEFT AUTO! Dont buy sh!t from here. I have the address if anyone ever needs to know where their car is!
