Dr Robertson and his staff are very professional, caring and friendly! They make you feel as if you are family. They always go far beyond! I needed the Tyrvaya for my very dry eyes. Brenda worked very hard dealing with the insurance companies until she was able to get the price down from $1,109.15 to $15.00. They work hard to help their patients. Best doctor and staff ever!! I live 3 hours away and it is very worth the drive. Will not go anywhere else!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Robertson for years. He always spends extra time to answer any questions or concerns you might have. His staff is wonderful and very caring. They all love working with him!! He is the BEST!!!

Ordered a pair of trial contacts, was told to turn my old contact prescription form previous location. I did, then nothing. I called and went there, turns out they said they never received my old prescription. And that in the three months of waiting and already having paid, because they never received it, they never ordered my trial contacts until I showed up in person. After this, my trials eventually came, but the left eye contact did not work. So a reorder was made, only for them to leave me waiting again. Called again and they claimed they had reached out, they did not... Negligence is common play here. I would only recommend this clinic if you have at minimum 6 months to waste waiting for your contacts.

Ok. When I made my appt. The guy over the phone was extremely nice. He ask for all my info including my health insurance info. Okay some doctors now want to know your overall health, so when I got to my appointment the front desk lady ask for all the information okay cool I have vision insurance. I ask her Why would you want to file on my medical? I have vision talkn about if there is a problem they can file medical nor you want. I will call my insurance and I did. She changed that tune QUIT Listen if you have vision you better use it not filing on my medical. If there a medical then we moving forward. And have not even saw the doctor so how can you say filing medical. SMDH. But overall experience everyone was super nice. Dr. J. Robertson
