Dallas store has the rudest staff. Will never spend my money there. Went in for Down Pillows. 2 employees in the bedding department and neither of them offered any help. I finally got one of the employees attention and she wouldn't even look at me while I was asking her if there were any pillows in the back as every pillow bin was empty. I finally told my friend I was with "Forget it, they obviously don't want to help us." At this point the two employees started talking and laughing about us. I then said to them, "Ladies we can hear you talking about us and laughing." To which the employee shouted back at me, "Well I don't know how else I could help you!". How about put your price gun down, look at me and acknowledge me as a customer and answer my questions. Poor customer service. Poor management. I know this review will probably go unread as this company probably doesn't care about customer service or how their employees treat customers. Very disappointing BBand Beyond.

Actually rude cashiers and not helpful. However, there was a salesperson that was ac little helpful at the front of the store. I don't think the products I got was worth the money I spent.
