Excellent care and attention to details from Dr. Rodgers. This was the most pleasant experience I had at a dentist's office!

So I have been here before and they fixed my chip tooth. Which broke 3months later. I asked do they fix if for free because it's within the yrs they said no. I let it pass. I chipped my tooth 8yrs ago and got it fixed (in cali that's where I'm from) and it barely chip again 7yrs later. Vs what they did thats lasted 3m. So that's money down the drain. It was horrible because it didnt last. But it looked nice. So I was going to give them another try. literally called and asked if the doctor was in to get my tooth fixed. They have everything that I need done In the system. She said yes come in now 8:30 your appointment is 9:30 I got there at 9:25 because I needed a voided check and the bank didn't open til 9. I provided all the info needed. Do you know I stayed til 10:21 in a empty waiting room for her to tell me the doctor is busy after she spent 33 mins on the phone, and after she had already told me he was in and could fix my tooth. Talking about it would be sometimes next week. I'm furious. It was no apology for the wait or telling me the wrong info. I got off work at 5am and haven't been sleep. And she wasted my time.
NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN
