Good bank. No real problems or incompetence like I frequently experienced with wells Fargo,worst bank I know.

I have been with the same bank for over 40 years. It changed hands several times but has been Regions for a many years. Except for two issues (1 - a 'new account' rep in March 2018, and 2 - a branch manager in Smyrna, Georgia December 2021), I have NEVER had a problem with Regions and found their customer service to be top notch. I recommend Regions often when my friends complain about their own banks.

Went into this branch to make a withdrawal, handed the teller my military ID, she looked confused and had to go check to make sure they could take a military ID (Also this is the only ID I used to open my account) after confirming that you can use a CAC she came back and said I needed to answer some questions. No problem, until she started asking questions that werent related to me so I selected none of the above and failed this verification test (twice) they said my account was locked now and there was no way to access my account today. I was obviously frustrated because it was clear with how many people had to come over and be involved that the teller didnt know what she was doing, which she is new I understand but if someone is new dont have them be the only teller up there and also dont let her continuously mess up to the point where you say there is no way to access my funds. I pulled out of the branch went to merchants dr branch walked in and out with my withdrawal in 2 min max. So much for a locked account that I have no access to. Do better I will never step foot in this branch again and if it wasnt for merchants dr being such a pleasant experience I would no longer be banking with Regions
