I had a wonderful experience with Crown Mountain Auto! I needed a new transmission and of course, the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Crown mountain towed my car to their shop for free! Put in a gently used transmission and my car is running like new!! Mark was my service rep and he was great. He was quick to communicate with updates throughout the process. He even contacted me after I picked up my car to see how it was driving. I've never gotten such personal service from an auto shop And, they completed the work in one week. The dealerships eta was a month. Icing on the cake, they saved me thousands of dollars. Got stuck with a hole in my tire right outside of Dahlonega. Tried changing it myself, but the lug nuts would not budge. Triple A couldn't give me a timeframe for when they could come help. I decided to stop in at this place to see if they could help, and they patched up the hole in under 15 mins. When I offered to pay, they let me off the hook because I didn't have cash and the card fee would have been just as much as the service cost. They were very friendly throughout the whole process and seemed like very genuine people. I would definitely trust them with car service in the future.

Great service! And nice people all around. Came in with my engine problems and they got on it right away and fixed in less then 1 hour and they had me on my way. Definitely going back!
