Overpriced professional fees for awful photos. Our schools gave no option but to go through CADY in order to have your graduation photo in the yearbook. Their work is terrible. With all the negative reviews in our local/community Facebook page CADY will actually call you and request that you remove a negative review from Google and say you are the only negative review! I guess they are not aware the word is out in FB and our county schools. People are paying the fee and hoping for the best for the one yearbook picture and hiring other photographers for additional photos.

March 2024- (***there is an update at the bottom of this review, please read all of the review and update***)
Cady is subpar in my humble opinion. Senior photos were not staged well. Light was in my sons eyes outside and the picture looks unprofessional. Finally managed to pick 3 poses out of the bunch. Spent about $500 for senior pictures. Waited 3 months, lost in mail. Had to call and haggle to resend. When they arrived, they were no more than regular pictures from what youd normally get from elementary school.
All pictures were not precut, no box for wallets, no presentation on delivery, pictures not edged. My last two kids' Senior pics had a packet that was nicely presented and boxes for all poses. No special packaging or perks. Highly disappointed.
I bought a picture cutter and edger to cut the photos. Its not perfect but at least better than I could have done by hand. Will never use Cady again. Not worth the price!

Jessica Duncan, who works for Cady Studios, contacted me regarding my Google Review. I talked through why I reviewed Cady the way that I had to which she understood. She was very apologetic for the outcome of Justin's photos and as we spoke at length, she did mention they were working on some of the very issues that got them the low review: working with their photographers to help with better posing, final package to include precut and some edged photos and some sort of packaging presentation, etc. She did work her best to make it right for me given the situation (it's too late for my Senior, but not future Seniors like yours!).
I think it most honest not to delete my previous review but to add to it by saying:
Based on the changes that Cady will make in the future, I am willing to up my starts by one point, from a 2 to a 3. When I see a better presentation from Cady, I will be willing to up my stars even more. Thank you, Jessica, for working with your customers to make things right!
