Ron Novigrod is a very competent individual who attended both the tenting and fumigation, and he sent me text comments and pics during the process. He was very customer-friendly, and explained and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend him to my friends and relatives who may need termite extermination services. It has been two weeks since the fumigation, we have checked our house and there is no sign of active termite infestation at this time. We had a mice problem inside our house and called Truly nolen immediately. Abel and Elvis came the next day and performed a deep inspection. We are so greatfull for the way they handle the problem, I was really concerned and uncomfortable to have mice in our home. Abel set many traps and use to come back every three days to check them. After a few days they cath all of them and we have our home back. It was a really disturbing experience but they explain that can happen to anyone, no matter how clean your house is kept. We are so greatfull to both of them and would recommend them as the best technicians ever!! Thank you so much for your great service and support!!
