Identity theft and charges under my name. No resolution after assistant guaranteed me the tank was being pulled that day seeing the false info but nothing happened..my Google location often shows I'm at the custer gas location when I never am, was and it's creepy as you could get.

For years we dealt with the company that Amerigas bought out and had no problems-but when Amerigas came that is when we had issues. They are not a customer friendly business. They came out and told me that they only prefer to work with businesses residential homes! I wonder why they would buy a business in a small town if they didn’t want to supply propane to residential homes.
I tried to continue using them-but when they charged me an outrageous price for half of an order because my pre-buy was out-that was the last straw! I no longer do business with them as there are other very nice and better run companies in the area to deal with!

Would never recommend. You will wait on hold for an hour just to be disconnected and never talk to a customer service representative.

Horrible service now that there's no local contact. I have , for weeks, tried multiple routes to get my account set up and tank filled...I'm currently at 8% capacity and will be changing to a competitor tomorrow. Not impressed. I would not recommend and would give zero stars if it were an option!

The company switched to a voice automated "More Customer Friendly and Better" phone in system. It is NEITHER!!! I was on hold for 22 minutes before I got to speak to a representative...in Timbuktu! I would have given it zero stars rating if I could. They lost my business
