My parents have been using May's tax services for close to 20 years and I started using her in 2006 when I was single and life was simple.  Now, 12 years later we are still using the service and she has grown because she is helpful, honest and charges a fair price to help do taxes- from very simple to more complicated (multiple employers, states, moves, properties, etc).  Would highly recommend!

If I can give them 0 stars I would, stay away from this place, the service is worse than horrible. I just had 2 questions and the first thing she said was "I can't accept any clients rightnow" She didn't even bother hearing my questions. There's and old guy who looks like he hates his job, he was smoking a cig inside the office.

Previously we did tax by ourselves. But since we started our own business, we need someone , who is more professional, to handle our bookkeeping and tax. As referred by our friend Jane, she said that the owner of this firm has more than 30 years' experience on tax. We decided to select May's tax as our business outsourcing accountant. The conversation with May was very happy and she taught us a lot of helpful tips in term with how to run business. Compared with the other CPA firms, the price is very reasonable. The assigned staff is very responsive and friendly. This year May's tax saved us around 850 dollar on our tax return. My husband and I are very picky for the quality of service. But the service provided by this firm definitely beyond our expectations. Very organized and everything is in detail. We also would like to recommend this firm to any people like us in the bay area as how Jane referred to us.
