Hosted a large group event here with 13 people and it was a bit of a mixed bag. Our event started when they opened at 4pm and they clearly were not ready which ate in to our event time. Food options were super mediocre unfortunately. Bowling was good and super fun although we periodically ran in to issues when the lane would just get stuck and stop working. No call attendant button at the lane so someone would have to run to the front desk all the way on the other side of the alley.
Also we had some drink tickets that our group was trying to use a little after an hour of our event and they blocked us from using them claiming that we were minutes after the cutoff and wouldnt make an exception.
Its still a good option for events since theres nothing better but there is still a lot that could be improved.
