We bought a lift recliner chair for my 77 year old parents and they told us they would deliver it and move the current chair out of that area to put the new one in. My mother called them 3 times about the delivery date with no return call. When they finally did deliver it a woman came alone with the chair expecting that my 77 year old parents would help her move it in the house. Luckily they had friends near by that could help them move it in. We will never shop there again. Terrible service.

This company is terrible. I have had the worst time with them. We got a bed for my mother. The guy that came out didn’t even match the bed right and had to bring back another motor. The bed was acting up and since the beginning of this year I’ve been trying to get them out. Dawn is the person in charge as far as I know. They never showed then I kept calling to no avail. The bed finally broke and now my
Mom just had the Medicare due to an issue with Medicaid. Finally Jennifer who did all she could, came out to look and agreed there could not be any repair. Let me add that I gave them a bed when I got this one for my mom. I would do that again and it went to a gentleman with no means to have one. That’s just a side note. Well Jennifer went back and they wouldn’t just replace the bed. They said that it was moms bed now and we’d have to go thru the dr amd get Medicare to pay for one. I realize what procedure is but at this point we only have a mobile dr amd I’m the midst of finding a new primary care dr so wasn’t an option. While I understand, the problem I have is that they let me mom stay in this bed and with no concern with they could have helped. I have hurt my
Back trying to move it up and down on my own when moving her. I will not ever use this company again eventhough ive used them several times. The person in charge there is a terrible professional!

was not helpful at all! Do not reccommend using this company at all!!! We were tring to get my uncles air concentrator repaired and they weren't helpful. Did not even send it off to be repaired. We had to send it off ourselves, which costed out of pocket for us. Then, had to RENT a home concentrator. After spending almost $3000 with them in september they couldn't even let me use a concentrator while mine was being repaired under warranty!! While we were trying to RENT the concentrator, we had to wait in the store for over 2 hrs just to complete the rental. Cusomer service was terrible!! While trying to get the concentrator during our 2 hr visit, they moved onto another cusomer while we were trying to complete the rental. All while our uncle was still in the hospital waiting the get the concentrator so that he could go home. Not professional at all!!!!! If there was an option for putting no stars I would
