The place was ok, definitely like a consignment store, however, the service was rude. You cannot offend someone and then expect them to buy something.

Everything about this experience was horrible. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Rosa's horribly negative and impatient attitude. My fiance told her she wanted a shorter, casual-looking dress and Rosa all but scoffed at her in response. When Rosa presented a dress that my fiance didn't love, Rosa reacted as if she was crazy. When we found a semi-decent dress to try on, Rosa walked in on my fiance while she was undressed without giving her any type of warning. When my fiance came out of the dressing room to show me the dress, Rosa got mad at us for "ruining the element of surprise." It wasn't playful in any way, just judgmental and rude. She ignored my fiance when she needed her dress unzipped and when I went to unzip it, she said, "are your hands dirty, sir?!" Save yourself an entirely negative experience and go anywhere but Rosa's.

I was having a hard time finding a dress style that I liked at David's Bridal so I decided to give Rosa's a try little did I know this would be a huge mistake!! I showed up without and appointment I didnt think I need one since the website never said appointments where mandatory and this is a "mom and pap shop". From the second I walked through the door Rosa was rude to me. She asking if I had an appointment I said I didnt know I needed one but I would set one up if I needed too. She said let me see if I have anything (The store was empty, BTW). I had to wait a couple hours for my appointment. Finally when my turn she asked what I was looking for and I told her I had no idea but I was having a Catholic wedding so I would need a cover up. She was pushing me into a lace jacket and I said thats not really what I am looking for and in a rude tone "why not!! this is very pretty" (p.s. I didnt think it was nice at all). I saw this beautiful dress that had crystal on the front and I said I would love to try this on. Rosa looked at me and said "That's a $2,000 dress" as if I couldn't afford it, keep in mind she never asked what my budget was. I was shocked!!! she took a call in the middle of my dress fitting and I was done at that point so I took off the dress and walked out.
